in manufacturing, we adhere to standards established by QS-9000 with electronic
documentation of designs and work instructions on the production floor.
Independent audits by major OEMS have consistently found our Quality perfrmance
comparable to the highest in the industry. Every part is 100% inspected by our
highly trained auditors.

feeding CNC cutters for plastic, foam, and vinyl Materials. Work instructions
feed to the Production floor to support our QS9000 Quality standards. Parts
are tracked via Bar-coding. Parts are delivered via Returnable racks to
customer plants. Based on customer capabilities, JIT Deliveries can be
tracked.
With some customers, we maintain remoteWarehousing and internet
releases.
AFTER-MARKET SUPPORT
In order to provide our OEM companies with exceptional value-added, we
provide repair and replacement parts and components for at least seven (7)
years after the part is no longer used in current OEM production, subject to the
availability of raw materials. We ship either to the OEM plant or directly to the
dealer.
In order to provide rapid respond to dealer needs, we have price lists below
for replacement parts for several of our OEMs who have requested ready
access to this detail. Otherwise, OEMs can always call the plant for updated
availability and prices.
